To demonstrate our commitment, KLM Solutions has adopted a comprehensive environmental policy. Our new environmental policy illustrates our desire to preserve and protect the world around us. We recognize that the policies and practices we adopt today will shape not only our lives, but also those of future generations.

Each employee has an individual responsibility to understand and support our environmental, health and safety policies and to actively participate in programs to ensure our goals are achieved.

KLM employees have a direct impact on the environment by our daily consumption of energy and paper resources. To reduce energy consumption, we encourage all lighting to be turned off each night and to limit use of lighting in all boardrooms/offices when not in use. All monitors are being replaced with energy-saving LCD screens. We will ensure energy efficiency through decreased power consumption with the introduction of new technology.

With the implementation of a new internal Sales/Accounting system, we anticipate to reduce the volume of paper consumed by 80%. We encourage internal communication via electronic means. Blue Boxes are available at all workstations ensuring all paper products are recycled along with all product packaging.

To encourage environmental responsibility, we offer various services to our clients such as web-based ordering, electronic invoicing, and a service to our clients to remove all product packaging from their premises.
